How many can this house sleep?
This property has been designed for a maximum of 10 people and rates are charged based on a per night basis.
CAN WE BRING PEOPLE BACK TO THE HOUSE?
This property is only for the 10 people who have booked to stay. Exterior CCTV is monitoring the property 24/7 for the safety of our guests and the property.
As this property is located on a residential street, disruptive parties, events and open-invitation gatherings are not permitted.
What is the security deposit?
To ensure the security and safety of our property, a pre-authorised transaction known as a "shadow payment" for the sum of £250 will be required from your credit card as a security deposit. A member of our team will send you a payment link via email 1-2 days prior to your booking date to take this payment. Please note that this amount will not be taken from your account unless there are damages or breakages in Thorndale.
Can i book just for one night?
Please note that the minimum booking requirement for the property is 2 nights. However, during peak season, this may vary. We kindly ask that you keep this in mind when making your reservation.
CAN I BRING ANY PETS?
Due to the level of finish offered in this house the decision has been made NOT to allow any pets.
HOW DO I CHECK-IN?
All the information you need to check-in is available on our Airguide app, the link is provided on your booking confirmation email. A generated access code for the front door smart lock will be emailed to you the day before your check-in for security reasons. Self-check-in is very straight forward so there is no need to worry!

IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT NEAR Thorndale?
Nearest Railway Station
Barnstaple railway station is the northern terminus of the Tarka Line and serves the town of Barnstaple, Devon. It is managed by Great Western Railway.

There is a bus stop located a 5 minutes walk at the bottom of Avon Lane near the cricket pitch.

What time is check-in & check-out?
Self-check-in is any time after 3pm
Check-out is by 11am

IS EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?
Yes, our guests do have the option to book an earlier check-in time at 1pm or a later check-out time at 1pm. This is at an additional rate of £70 each end. Available to add at check-out.
How close is Thorndale to the village/beach?
Thorndale is only 2 minutes by car and approx. 10-15 minutes on foot from the village and the beach.
Is there parking available outside Thorndale?
There is ample parking on the Thorndale's private drive for up to five vehicles, secured by elecric gates, which is truly a rarity in this area.
Additionally, there is also space to park further vehicles on the road outside the property if required pending space.
We do not accept liability for any damages or losses.
Do you provide furniture for babies or children.
Kindly note that we do not supply any furniture or fittings for babies or children. Children must be supervised at all times.
Is electric vehicle charging available at the property?
Charging electric vehicles (EVs) on the premises is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the charging of electric scooters and electric bikes is also prohibited at the property.
