Bedroom four exudes luxury, nestled on the ground floor at the forefront of the property. Generously proportioned, it features a double bed, a stunning oversized arched wall mirror and an elegant dressing table, adding a touch of refinement. 

Bedroom five is located on the first floor of the property. There is a plush comfortable double bed and comes complete with a 49" 4K smart TV preloaded with Netflix. 

This property provides two luxury family bathrooms. On the ground floor, will find a spacious, beautifully designed communal bathroom with a shower over a large bathtub and a wash basin, and stylishly designed bathroom fan with an automatic humidity sensor. Similarly, situated just off the kitchen next to bedroom 5 on the first floor is yet another luxurious family bathroom with an shower installation, wash basin and a spotlight demister mirror.

Every detail was carefully considered in the design of this luxurious beach property, with convenience at the forefront of design.
